1. What are your store hours and how do I schedule an appointment?
Since we work by appointments only and want to give you our undivided attention with a one-on-one appointment please call us at 949.713.7230 or contact us by email to schedule an appointment. We look forward to meeting you in person and helping your find the perfect dress for any occasion.
2. Do all your dresses have sleeves on them?
All of the gowns have a sleeve on them and are appropriate for various religious ceremonies and also are appropriate for the standards of the LDS temple and various religious that need a modest style dress.
3. What fabrics do you use?
All of our gowns are made with the highest quality of matte satin, silk taffeta, chiffon, organza and tulle fabric. We strive to carry gowns that are designed and created to provide you with the best fit available.
4. How can I try on a gown before I place an order?
Please contact us to schedule an appointment so that you can try on our gowns in person. We carry the best selection of modest dresses in Southern California and would love to help you find the gown of your dreams. Depending upon your wedding date and time frame we do have gowns in stock that you can purchase right off the rack.
5. Placing an order if you are not in the area?
We would gladly take your order over the phone since all special orders must be called-in. Please call us if you have any questions about placing your order, and we would be happy to assist you and answer any questions you might have. All orders must be paid for in full before an order can be placed.
6. How soon can I get a special order dress?
Special order dresses can be rush-shipped in as little as five weeks and will include a rush charge fee (it varies with each designer). Normal order time is 12 - 16 weeks on most of our gowns and dresses so please call or e-mail us with questions on specific styles. Once we know the styles you are interested in we can let you know when they would arrive.
7. How do I know what size to order?
Please see our Taking Measurements page for information on how to take your specific measurements. Then compare your measurements with the chart that corresponds with the gown/s your are interested in. Taking your measurements carefully is the best way to insure a proper fit. Detailed instructions on where and how to take your measurement are listed on this page. *Note: this does not mean that your gown will fit exactly; your gown will probably still require some minor alterations, such as hemming the skirt or raising the shoulders, which is very common. If you still have questions after taking your measurements, please call or email us.
8. Do you offer color/pattern swatches?
Once your order is placed we do offer swatches on some of our gown styles. Please contact us by email and include your name and address and the color(s) and style of the dress that you would like a color swatch for and also give us the fabric colors.
9.When will my order be shipped?
In-stock orders are usually shipped within 48 hours and received within 3-4 days of shipping if in the U.S. Orders shipped outside the country can take 6-10 days. Special Orders are shipped as soon as we receive them (you will receive an approximate ship date within 24 hrs when your order is placed). All orders are shipped via USPS or Fed Ex.
10. Do you offer alternate sleeves?
Some of our wedding gowns can be special ordered with longer sleeves; you pick the length and we can make it for you. Petal sleeves can also be ordered on some styles. Please contact us with questions on specific styles. *Note: Any changes to a gown will have a pattern change charge and possibly a rush charge.
11. Do any of the gowns come in extra-long or petite lengths?
Some of our gowns can be ordered either extra long or shorter by 5 inches (only the skirt is shorter, the bodice is not petite); please contact us for more information. Please plan ahead, as these orders generally take anywhere from 6-12 weeks for delivery depending upon the designer and your wedding date. *Note: Any changes to a gown will have a pattern change charge and possibly a rush charge.
12. Can I have a long dress made to be tea length or a tea length dress made to be long in length?
Yes, a long gown can be made tea length but varies depending upon the designer. *Note: any changes to a gown will have a pattern change charge and possibly a rush charge.
13. Once my gown arrives will I still need alterations?
Yes, most gowns need some alterations, not everyone fits their gown perfectly. You still may need some minor alterations such as hemming the skirt or raising the shoulders, which is very common, or having a bustle added to a gown. We offer on site alterations for your convenience.
14. How can I place a special order?
Special orders items need to be placed over the phone and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturers defect. We ask that you place your order over the phone so that there are no mistakes or misunderstandings on your order.
15. Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we do ship outside the United States and additional shipping charges may apply. If you email us your shipping address we can help you figure out the cost of shipping to other countries. Please contact us with any questions.

If the dress is in stock it can be Exchanged only for another dress in stock and you must call us within 48hrs after receiving the dress to let us know and receive permission to make a return, please call us at 949.713.7230
